Additional feedback helps the conversation, so you then add to-the-point feedback using the STOP, START and CONTINUE framework.
Once completed, all results are combined to create an overall health score and detailed report the business then presents to the client, showing all trends and areas for improvement.
The business sets a roadmap for the next period with areas to focus on, grow and improve. Set proactive and reactive actions with clear goals to achieve.
Halfway through the period, a reminder is sent with the roadmap goals to ensure this remains top of mind and actionable before the next Evasight.
